ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST
Scott has been with the Society since mid 2011 and since then has been the self confessed geek of the team.
He has a keen interest in making technology accessible for people with sight impairment and believes that there is always a solution; sometimes, however, this solution takes some trial and error to find.
If you need to make technology accessible, need advice on accessibility or access software, Scott is the person to chat to. Scott also teaches touch typing and keyboard skills to anyone with a sight impairment. As well as working with the computer side of things he has a broad knowledge of aids and equipment available for people with sight impairment.
